0:47.7	exciting. And that is the launch of my book. I'm so excited. I'm literally sat here right now, feeling like I have to

1:03.6	when my house was repossessed, I literally lost everything. I'd come out of a divorce from a

1:11.9	in an abusive relationship. I was literally what I felt broken at rock bottom. I was in over 70k
1:19.5	of debt. I was struggling with PTSD, or I know now, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety.

1:30.5	bathroom floor, desperately trying not to have a panic attack. And I did not realize I'd been in an
1:35.6	abusive relationship and certainly not with a covert narcissist. Why? Because no one never taught me
1:41.5	this stuff. I didn't know this stuff and I don't know about you because
1:45.7	you may have experienced that. And that is the core of my book with Hay House. And it's out for
