Today we're going to be talking about why we should all be having holy hours.

That's right we're going to talk about what a holy hour is, how to do one and give you

ten tips from Fulton Sheen on how to have a best hour possible.

It's an hour of the only power that matters. I'm going to do. Yeah, all right man. As you guys know, Father Tlow is back in the studio, this woo, woo?

Yeah. We're going to be talking about a holy hour today. This is a holy hour whenever I get to spend an hour with him, too.

That's right. I feel the same way about y'all in my best southern accent I'm sure everybody I'm sure everybody

I'm sure everybody feels that way too. Holy hours are really really powerful thing and I know like it's been huge in your spiritual life

It's been absolutely transformative in mind. I mean your conversion came during holy hours.

So for the people who don't know a holy hour is a practice where you go and typically you spend an hour in adoration in front of the Blessed Sacramento the Eucharist.

Absolutely. And it's such a simple practice but it is so profound

and what it can produce in your life and what can be revealed to you and then

what you can give back to the Lord in it. So we wanted to talk through it today on how to do it, but then we found a really great, I guess, reason and guide list from Fulton Sheen who famously every day of his life would do a holier.

And it was so core to his spirituality and Fulton Sheen is a big inspiration and patron of ours that we wanted to go through that.
