Hey Shen. It's good to be with you today to talk about making choices that support anxiety recovery.

Often when we're living with anxiety, we can feel pinned by it and we feel that we're stuck with it. This is something we hear a lot in our private Facebook group and messages we receive.

I can remember earlier in my life, in my teenage years and early 20s when I used to suffer with strong anxiety feeling that that

was just me, that there was something wrong with me, and that was it.

That was how I was going to have to, I couldn't even call it live, I would say exist.

So when I started looking into ways of finding help and discovered that there are

so many things we can do even changing our behaviors and

our attitudes that can help us live a more peaceful life and help us find freedom from

anxiety. That was a huge thing for me so I think this is a helpful thing to discuss.

And it really begins with checking in with yourself and choosing differently.

Checking in with ourselves and noticing where we're at.

If we have heightened emotions, if we're feeling extra jangly or full of fear, and then

what choices those emotions and feelings provoke?

Sometimes initially we might not know.
