Where do we begin overcoming health anxiety?

I think it's a particularly difficult type of anxiety.

anxiety in that spirit today. In the spirit of there's always something we can do to help. So I think it begins with

than the health side of things. We might have days where we have an ache or a pain and we're in a good place. We're feeling resilient. We've got things we want to do.'re feeling purpose for we're in contact with what matters to us in our life and we might not feel so

and the mind really jumps on it with a dialogue

and very quickly has a story of a worst case scenario which sends us into a spiral of strong anxiety
