0:13.9 | We're going to talk about stress, but we're going to talk about it from a very different lens, |
0:18.6 | not from avoiding it, but from microdosing it and why it is so |
0:24.5 | important to put ourselves in stressful environments. This is something that I feel like the |
0:31.0 | culture really needs to begin to talk about. Because when we don't microdose stress, what ends up happening is we don't know how to handle |

2:06.3 | physiologically handle small amounts of stress in order to make our lives better. I'm not going to |
2:13.0 | tell you anymore because we talk about these conversations. We talk about how the body is built for homeostasis. |
2:21.3 | And if we're always keeping ourselves in comfort, we are actually building dis-ease. |
