Yeah, so I mean my backstory in a nutshell it's

the traditional advice that we used to get was like you buy a rental at a time right?

Yeah, one rental a lot of time. Yeah, so you buy a house you live in it you rent one room out

keep doing it like house like right yeah so I did that okay but the only issue was I was

making like $20,000 a month.

So I was working the corporate sales shop.

I was B2B, you know, so I was doing good in my sales job in my mid-20s and I was rocking.

And then I looked at my income and I looked at what I was doing which was the right stuff.

I was just like wait a second.

Like where's this income coming from that I hear about on like the podcast and I'm reading in the books like

I'm making like a little bit I was doing the co-living strategy so I'd rent one

one house a year you know for my income yeah I thought I was like I'm doing the
