How many are you guys doing like a year now?

We do about 400 deals a year, but the average wholesale deal for us

because we do a lot of co wholesale and J. V. Yeah.

Our average revenue is 3 million bucks a year. Yeah.

Probably one of the more established wholesalers on the podcast.

I've definitely, what's great is I've built a business it's a family business I'm

partner with my sister and brother-in-law my son is now the acquisition guy

my nephew's another acquisition guy. My nephew is another acquisition guy. So it's it's I've built it up to

enough to where it's I'm not doing the day-to-day operations and it's yeah so that's good. you did 12,000 or 1200 deals 12,000 yeah 12,000
