I've got Nicholas Lala.

He is an urbanist and social entrepreneur.

He was the founder of Tulsa Innovation Labs. And he's somebody

that works at the intersection of economic development and emerging technology. He did a really

cool thing that as a developer, as a real estate investor, as a business owner, you know,

when you start playing at a level

where you think of a vision a mission that is so big and the impact that it can have not just on

you and your business but on entire cities entire states entire industries you got to be able to execute at a really high level.

And there's a lot of things that go into that.

Well, he did some amazing work with Tulsa Innovations Lab where he partners with cities to build

strategies and initiatives that catalyze growth.

And by founding the Tulsa Innovation Labs,

an organization that deployed over $200 million to build Northeast Oklahoma's innovation economy

that really became a tech hub that is looking to challenge and rival and compete with, you know,

the New York cities, the Silicon Valley's, right? The Austin, Texas is as these innovative hubs.

You wouldn't think of Oklahoma being on that map. Well, this is exactly what he does in the

framework that he talks about and how they went about this entire process and

got this, you know, to come to life was really cool and insightful. As a commercial

estate investor and developer, right, I'm looking at it from how to understand, you know,
