1:13.5	I can't find any great deals. It's really hard finding great deals. Well, no shit. It is a challenging
1:20.7	market right now. Get in line and understand that you got to meet the market where it's at.

1:28.8	strategy, maybe a little mindset shift that can help you or help somebody you know that might
1:34.4	be falling victim to this mindset because it can get discouraging knowing that you're going to have
