This week I had the opportunity to chat with Dr. Colleen T Murphy.

She is a professor of genomics and molecular biology

at Princeton University, and also the director

of Princeton's Glen Foundation for Research on Aging

and the director of the Simon's Collaboration on Plasticity in the Aging Brain.

So she has a new book out which is all about aging, titled appropriately,

how we age the science of longevity.
