Well, in 1940, the world really did face an existential threat. The Axis Powers, Germany, Italy, and Japan looked unstoppable. And many worried that Western civilization was on the brink of collapse,

1:52.7	Battle of Britain was about to begin. One man stood in Hitler's way, Winston Churchill, the new
