0:10.0	Now, the topic of manifestation has been talked about to death. I know this. There are endless resources,
0:17.6	YouTube videos, podcasts, books, talks, you name it, right? Manifesting is a big topic
0:23.4	because we all want to be do and have everything that excites us and gives us pleasure
0:28.6	and meets our desires in our lifetime. I love consciously manifesting. Oh my gosh, I think it is
0:35.6	such a superpower. But there's one thing that I hear
0:40.2	about it sometimes that I want to clarify with you today. Okay. So manifesting, if I have to really
0:47.2	simplify here, is embodiment. So embodying the thing you wish to become. So what would an author do? What would a CEO do?
0:59.4	What would a really healthy person do? What would a happily married person do? When you embody
1:07.8	that which you want to become, you start showing up like that.
1:13.3	You have those feelings.
1:14.4	You take those actions.
1:16.4	You watch your life transform.
1:19.2	Because someone who's happily married versus very unhapply married, someone who's a boss versus
1:24.1	someone who's panicking and who feels like they fail a lot, someone who's really
1:27.8	healthy versus someone who considers themselves terribly unhealthy or unfit, they make very
1:33.7	different decisions.
1:35.0	Their mental game is completely different.
1:38.2	So if manifesting is embodiment, right, that means we show up as the thing.
1:45.2	We show up as the person with a sharp mind who makes good choices, who takes steps ahead,
1:51.7	who forges ahead, who makes bold moves.
1:55.2	Then our life naturally changes.
