I've got to tell you something funny today, right? Because it just makes me laugh. And I'm like, yes,

let's do more of this. I have this friend and she has, let's say, quite a complex family. She has

lots of siblings. They all disagree with each other on all sorts of matters. If you're like

me or like her and you have lots of siblings, you'll know that this just happens. It's part and

parcel of having a bigger family. But I've noticed that it gets her down a lot, right? There's fights about Thanksgiving.

There's fights about, you know, what happens to the mother. There's even fights about like their

estate because they own some land and they all have very different points of view. Some people

want to make it slightly commercial. Some think that's, something that's gross, etc., etc.

So anyway, I can tell when she's stressed out

when she's going to be around family. And anyway, her family got together recently for a gathering,

an important gathering, right, a milestone birthday for one of her siblings. And normally she's

kind of full of this anticipation, right? This anticipatory

stress. That's something that I write about in the book, let it be easy, which I certainly recommend.

Purchasing, reading, keep it on your nightstand. Your life will be better. Get one for a friend too.

They'll thank you for it. But she had this, she normally has all this anticipatory stress and she did this time as well

but it was it was less right her and i had been talking she'd been walking on herself and

and when her and i spoke right she sent me a message she's like okay the family's all together so far so

good I'm like wonderful look enjoy each other we're all going to be dead one day I always love to say

this if someone's freaking out I'm like we're all going to be dead one day it's all temporary

enjoy it be free be like excuse yourself for a walk do what you want to do do. And for whatever reason, this day she was

high vibe, right? She was feeling good. She got herself on that good high frequency.
