And let's start with that title because it's not the obvious memoir title.

What does that mean to you?

Well, we went through a series, my editor and I,

went through a series of options for the title.

And I have to say, after going through what I had been told at least at the time,

a series of single word titles, which seemed to be the thing at least for memoirs,

none of them felt right.

I had a couple that I loved that she hated.
