Hey, welcome today to a brand new year, 24. Happy New Year's to you. Welcome also to season six of the Excel Stillmore podcast. That may not mean a whole lot to you, but to me,

it's just wild. I remember in my closet, January 2019, I thought, I'll record an episode,

maybe my wife and a couple of buddies will check it out. Maybe I can do it for a few months.

But God most certainly had different plans. We've now completed five full years of episodes.

I've met the coolest people in the world. And now, here we are, 24, starting the year together.

I hope that today's content and all of what we have planned for this year will continue to be

an encouragement to you, but also challenging in a way that allows for true and lasting transformation.

And I will just say this to you right up front. I believe the ideas that we're going to talk about

today in this next 20 minutes can help you create an incredible trajectory for this year and

probably completely change your life. I believe in all of this so strongly that I'm presenting
