Hello and welcome back and Merry Christmas. Launch day for today's episode is December the 25th. I'm sure you are enjoying a wonderful day with your family,

as I am mine. And so I especially want to thank you for taking some time to listen today.

Maybe you can already tell from the title, but today's episode will be a little bit different

than usual. A few weeks ago, I was interviewed by Kenny Embry for his podcast, balancing

the Christian life on the topic of minimizing daily stress.

We both just enjoyed that so much, and I felt like it came together in a valuable way,

and I asked his permission to release it here for you. It's a little longer than usual,

but maybe if you're commuting between families, houses, or something, it can fit right in.

Next week, we will kick off season six of this program.

I've already got some things coming together.

I cannot wait to share with you that I think will kind of dominate the first couple of months
