basically try to combine colystitis and ascending colangitis because I think

they're pretty similar and the treatment is relatively similar.

And I think in some ways if you can contrast and compare them, that can help you understand

them in a deeper level.

Yeah, they kind of present on the spectrum, eh?

The acute gall bag with the colesisitis, maybe some right out of prochondri pain fever could be moderately

ill, and then that hardcore bilary sepsis with ascending colongitis.

It's easy.

Josh, we use the same antibiotics.

We're going to image the billiary trees in a similar fashion, and we're going to nuke them

with some antibiotics and treat both at the same time.
