Today, we are going to dive into the four phases of macro counting.

I know I've talked a lot about maintenance the last couple

weeks and really talked about how it is super important to be at maintenance before you start a

dieting phase, but then you're also going back to maintenance at the end of a dieting phase.

So really looking at maintenance as your home, where you live most of the time. So I wanted to

break down the different phases of macro counting and then walk you through a scenario where if I had

20 pounds to lose, really what that would look like for me, how I would phase that out using

So you guys can kind of put yourself if, you know, it's like a high level bird's eye view.
