0:31.9	bucketless thing for me i want to wear the hats okay and i want to drink mint juleps so
0:36.9	i decided since i didn't even know what was technically to drink mint julep. So I decided, since I didn't even know what
0:39.2	was technically in a mint julep, that would be perfect to try out. So a classic mint julep is in a pewter cup,
0:45.5	apparently. Oh. And it must have something to do with how it keeps it frosty. Okay. But we have no pewter
0:51.2	cups, so we have mason jars. But they're still looking very cute in southern.
0:54.5	Yeah.
0:56.0	Mm-hmm.
0:56.7	And then all you do is fill the cup with crushed ice for a classic jule.
1:01.1	There's a lot of ice.
1:01.9	I'm going to swirl it around.
1:02.8	Yeah.
1:03.6	It's very icy.
1:04.7	You fill it to like overflowing because then the bourbon melts it. So then you mix up, well, in a shaker you muddle mint and brown sugar.
1:12.3	And then you strain that and put the bourbon in and then strain that over the crushed ice.
1:17.7	And then you put some more crushed ice on top and a mint sprig on top of that.
1:22.6	So it's going to be very bourbony, I think.
