I'm the host of the Sunday show,

where I've been interviewing the party leaders who want your vote in the general election

on the 4th of July. So, how are they planning to get it? It's fair to say it's been a rough

campaign for the Tories, but is it all doom and gloom in the camp? Today I've been speaking to

the Scottish Conservatives leader Douglas Ross.

I asked him about his policies, his plans for the future,

and the ups and downs of a torrid few weeks on the stump.

That's not going to make things easy, but let's persevere.

Here is my opening question. I just want to find out how you're thinking at the moment.

Are you one of those conservatives who thinks you are braced for a labor landslide at this election?

Or are you one of those optimistic, suddenly uplands, Tories,

who reckons you can still manufacture a win from somewhere?

Well, I'm determined to get as much support as possible

for the Scottish Conservatives here in Scotland.
