There are too many women now, too many stories that just allow the providers to take over and

they go back like, oh, like, I think I am grateful that this and this and this happened.

But did they need to happen?

You know, like my water broke and ended up at the hospital a couple hours later and contractions weren't going

so we had to start potosin. We needed to break the water. And we had to do all these interventions.

And of course, the providers make it sound like not only does it need to happen, but it the it's such a good positive the right thing to do

the only thing to do and so then we go on believing like oh thank goodness that we did all these things

and and hopefully you know most of the time they still have good outcomes the outcomes are good

but how do we feel about the process? Getting pregnant and giving birth are two of the most exciting things
