I wrote to you, Stephanie, the day after my birth, I wrote to you about my birth in detail and in great despair and the amount of love and guidance and support and constant contact despite being on two sides of the world, not knowing each other, changed everything for me.

Because I felt like a bomb exploded in my world and I had no idea what

have I done wrong and you were there like a light in Facebook Messenger and you were just

constantly writing and writing how are you do this do that this is great you're smiling you're

nursing your baby I'm so proud of you. Please seek counseling for PTSD.

Please remember to talk to your husband about it repeatedly. And you guided me through the experience

so wonderful. And I'm forever grateful. As soon as I got pregnant the next time, I had you somewhere

here in my head all the time with me. And I think it's really important for other women who are

in the birth course to know that you are our Dula. It doesn't matter if I'm in Poland,

Europe, if someone is in America, in wherever else in the world, you're with each one of us.

Getting pregnant and giving birth are two of the most exciting things you can ever hope

to experience in this life.
