0:18.0	And I don't think I started a path of being willing to fail.
0:24.1	Yeah. But I learned when I wrote my first book and we didn't have a title.

0:28.6	When we closed the manuscript, I'm like, wow, I've succeeded and then failed.

0:35.4	And it always took me to a bigger, better place. And I was like, wow, what a gift failure has been for me.

1:13.6	They were glass half full type people.
1:15.6	So I decided I wasn't having fun in my business five years in.

1:20.6	And I ripped off the band-aid.
1:21.6	I brought in all 11 people in one morning meeting and I said,
