So I was having a conversation with someone they had emailed in and they were asking questions

about the shred and trying to figure out if it would be a good fit for them because she was

quite convinced that she had broken her metabolism.

And I'll be honest, I hear this all the time,

especially from clients that are joining the shred or wanting to join the shred.

They want to know if it'll work for them because they've tried everything

and they are convinced that their metabolism is broken,

dieting in the past or within, you know, recent, and they think they have either really

So, long story short, you can't break your metabolism, you guys.

So your metabolism is literally, well, if you're alive, your metabolism is going.
