And we're going to kind of mock up or mop up the week.

A lot of unsettled business. We have immigration and the courts, two huge issues. You know, if judicial supremacy kills everything we want to do, then what's the point?

And obviously immigration was the big issue spending too,

but we know Republicans are going to deal with that,

so we're kind of screwed on that front.

So we may as well focus on immigration.

But I first want to just review a couple of news items of the day through the prism of the following theme.

As you well know, I've stated this every day since the election.

My goal is to make sure we don't get left with the following scenario,

where everything good that Trump does is through executive order,

where a lot of the real impactful ones get struck down by the courts,
