I wasn't being present and focused specifically around the family. That's what was most, you know, impactful and when I looked at my fitness career, I was like, man, the best workouts I get are when I'm against the clock right like

that's really what cross fit kind of innovated in my opinion was working out

of that, and it was fine. But as soon as you added the layer of a clock, it added a

competitive spirit. So I started taking that clock to everything I was doing, from doing this

with you to, you know, playing with my to you know play with my kids to be with my wife of dinner.

It's I'm being present I'm being focused I'm working hard in this time frame that I set and

then I switch gears to the next focus so maybe the morning

it's a workout I'm focused then it's a time with the kids and then it's this and it's that
