Thank you for joining me here for this meditation to help you relax into the truth of who you really are.

Each one of us has an inner design that is perfect and beautiful and right, and yet too often

we walk around immersed in self-judgment thinking there's something wrong with us,

and that can create tension in our systems, in our bodies and in our faces.

Your inner design can be read in the features of your face with Chinese face reading and we can also use it

to find out where you're holding stress and why.

Chinese face reading is an ancient branch of Chinese medicine which is thousands of years old

but this ancient knowledge can be used for more than just your physical health

Chinese medicine teaches that life is a perpetual changing, a permanent process of adaptation.
