like for them.

So when I was walking over here, thinking about people's uncomfortability and hesitancy around gender nonconforming people, but specifically the use of they-them pronouns.

And I think it's really important to acknowledge that gender non-conforming people have existed forever.

That the words describe your experience of gender are new, but the experience is not, right?

That is correct. Is that the question? Because yes. Well, I bring that up. I think it's really

important to say, because to so many people, this feels like a really new thing that they're, like,

quote-unquote, dealing with. Yeah, that kind of attitude is pretty pervasive. And for my whole life,

I've been someone that people have dealt with in various

ways. And it used to be personal for me. I used to feel like, well, that's my fault somehow. And when I
