But precisely because job seekers can be under so much pressure,

they are often vulnerable to manipulation.

Job scams have been around for a while, but they're changing, evolving, and being combined

with other kinds of scams.

carefully to today's story.

It involves a woman named Kathy Jr. in Utah, who lives with her husband in an assisted

living facility. She's really charming.

In fact, she considers herself part of the welcoming committee in the place for new residents
