Yay, you're here. I'm Lisa Whittle, and welcome to Jesus Over Everything, affectionately known as Joe, a short, practical podcast where we will not be perfect, we will be honest, and we'll talk a lot about Jesus along the way.

0:18.1

Welcome to a fun bonus episode of Joe. We have an incredible conversation we're

0:22.9

bringing to you today with speaker and author of new book, Don't Miss Out, Jeannie Cunion. Listen,

0:28.3

this interview is so good and it's about one of my favorite subjects, the Holy Spirit.

0:33.0

We cover so much about the incredible power of him in our lives, how we miss out on him, and so much more.

0:39.3

And Jeannie and I have a whole conversation about what society wrongly assesses about these

0:44.9

boys a lot of us are raising, so, so good, as well as how big things for God often start.

0:51.2

I'm telling you, it's a bonus show you will not want to miss. So listen until the very

0:57.5

end. You know, I've been in ministry for a long time, and I always kind of like to let my people

1:07.5

know where I know someone from or sort of give full disclosure and say, I don't

1:14.1

really know this person at all. You can't fall. I mean, I think it's, I think it's good because I do,

1:19.7

but I don't. Yeah. Well, I think it's good when you have a discussion, at least this is what I like for my

1:26.5

people. I feel like they love to know, like,

1:28.8

does she know the person? Does she not know the person? Is this a new friend? Is this an old

1:32.6

friend? Because on, you know, our Friday friends are always, and this is a bonus show, so it's

1:36.0

not exactly a Friday friend. But when I talk with people, I always say this is an old or a new

1:40.3

friend of mine, because for me, everyone I have a conversation with becomes my friend

1:44.8

if they're not. But you kind of fall somewhere in between because I have to say, I don't know you

1:51.3

all that well. And yet, you're not a total stranger to me either, but definitely a newer friend,

1:55.4

I'd say, right? Is that a good way to define it? I think that's very fair. Yeah. So yes. Well, I mutual friends for sure. Yes, we do.

2:04.6

We have lots of mutual friends. You know, the ministry, the ministry world is pretty small. And so,

2:09.5

we sort of often meet someone through someone else. And so that's kind of meeting you at if.
