I like to ask the question of God, what do you think about this? Or, hey, God, are you worried about

this? Or are you anxious about this? Right. And so being able to stop and interrupt that thought

and then often to say like, okay, God, what do you have to say about this? And the more I have spent

time in scripture and the more I have memorized scripture, the more God has the opportunity

to bring it to my heart and my mind and kind of tell me what he has to say. Being able again to

meditate on that and his words and what he says is true instead of meditating on me and my

past experience and what my brain says is true.

I know you're living as reality, Katie.

So this might be weird.

But do you ever think to yourself when you hear that? I'm a mom of 15. I know you're living this reality, Katie, so this might be weird, but do you ever think to

yourself when you hear that, I'm a mom of 15? Or is the reality so much there that you're like,

oh, I know I'm the mom of 50? No, it still surprises me just because think it every day. This is how

many kids I have. But occasionally when people ask me like, oh, how many kids do

you have? And I say, 15 and they like make a face. Like, what? I'm like, yeah, it does. It does sound

big. It doesn't it? Yeah. I'm sure, especially when you come in contact with people who don't know you,

don't know your story. And they ask that question, they would probably do a

double take. Explain yourself, especially because you look so young. And you are young.

I am young. Yeah, and I feel like I have to jump into all these qualifiers really quickly. Like,

well, they're adopted and well, they were sibling sets and well, this and well, that, you know,

to kind of get the look of astonishment to go away a little. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You're trying to give your, give like your
