Harry Pierpont, Pete, to those who knew him, was born on October 13th, 1902 in Muncie,

Indiana. After living a fairly normal childhood, Pete, who was described as having an above-average

intelligence and did well in school, suffered from an accident in 1921, in which he received a very serious head injury.

From that moment on, there was a sudden shift within the young man, who, in addition to a

completely different demeanor, suffered from eye problems, dizziness, headaches, sleeplessness,

and mania. Potentially as a result of these changes, 1921 was also the same year that he was arrested

for the first time after being caught with a concealed weapon.
