Not only is he one of the world's greatest chefs.

He redefines service and hospitality through his humanitarian work.

Jose is the founder of World Central Kitchen, a non-profit bringing sustenance to people affected by natural disasters.

Please, do yourself a favor and look up their work in places like Puerto Rico and

Ukraine. Jose is one of those people who walks in a room and lights it up. He exudes joy,

humor, and life. We recorded this conversation last year, and he was such an inspiration to talk to.
