This week I'm joined by a brilliant mind who's been making us laugh for years, Mike Shore.

He wrote and produced on The Office, co-created shows like Parks and Recreation and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. He also created The Good

Place, which I was lucky enough to be on, and it changed my life. Most recently, we united for a

man on the inside, which is now streaming on Netflix. This episode was recorded a while back,

and we weren't quite ready to talk about the show, which is why you won't hear us talking about it.

Mike's one of the smartest people I know.

I think that I would like to think that you have gotten beyond the point where you have to kiss anyone's ass.
