Lopez, it looks like we may actually get a legitimate argument in front of the Supreme Court about

birthright citizenship and I'm here for all of it.

I'm very interested to see where this goes is this is directly because of immigration.

Yeah.

So we're not there yet, but what's about to happen in front of the Supreme Court will likely

be the opening for it to happen, especially depending

on how they rule.

So what happened is Trump declared birthright, we're done with birthright citizenship.

And basically what that is, I assume most of our audience knows, but if you don't,

it has been interpreted up until now that if you were born in the United States, you, the language in the Constitution, that you automatically become a citizen of this country.

And it has been hot. It was, I don't say fringe, because to me it's kind of made sense what people are saying.

But it was not something that was super in the mainstream pre Donald Trump

where there were legal scholars. Like, I'm not talking quacks. I'm talking about people with law

degrees, people who study this, people who know history. They said, no, no, no, no, no. They never

intended for illegal immigrants to be able to come into this country, sneak into this country,

give birth to a child, and then automatically a citizen. But then what do we do now?

Right.

So we're going to deport the mom and dad because they're illegal, but now they have a four-year-old that's a legal citizen.

We can't deport.

What a mess it creates.
