Summary

This week’s guest on Under The Skin is Kip Andersen co-director of investigative documentaries “Cowpiracy” and “What The Health”. Both films challenge and confront some of the collusion and manipulation of information happening in the food and dairy industry. There was some controversy around these films and Kip addresses those refuting the facts in the podcast. We also speak about the idealogical nature of diet and ritualised food, the difficulty in changing society’s deep rooted traditions and and the power of spiritual practices like kundalini and yoga in changing our perspective and outlook on life.
