I like to start with something funny each week and I heard about this pastor.

He was raising money for a new auditorium. He said to the congregation,

anyone who will give a thousand dollars can pick out the next three hymns.

A little old lady in the back stood up and said, Pastor, I'll do it.

He was so excited. He said, thank you now. Which three hymns would you like?

She looked over the congregation, said, I'll take him and him and him.

Hold up your bibles. Say it like you mean it. This is my Bible.

I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. I can do what it says I can do.

Today I will be taught the Word of God. I boldly confess my mind is alert.

My heart is receptive. I will never be the same in Jesus' name. God bless you.

I want to talk to you today about knowing what to ignore.

If you are going to live in victory, you have to be very selective as to what you give your time and attention to.

You have to know what thoughts to ignore, what comments to ignore,

and I say this respectfully what people to ignore.

Every battle that comes across our path is not a battle we are supposed to fight.
