Lane and obviously that was not the way we wanted to see the playoffs start. The Lakers

absolutely crushed in game one against the Minnesota Timberwolves. A lot to talk about on

this. Was it an insanely hot shooting game for the wolves? Yes, but there were other

problems than just that. It wasn't just that it was a crazy hot shooting game for the wolves.

It was, but that just compounded some other issues that we saw from the Lakers. So lots of stuff

for us to get into, again, waiting a week for this playoff game, only to see a letdown

like that.

Unfortunate, Lakers fans, I know you guys are frustrated.

I'm frustrated, not the type of performance anybody wanted to see.

And now the Lakers have to figure out where to go from here.

Essentially, what the Lakers have done is crumpled up and thrown away home court advantage in

game one game one you worked so hard all season long you get the three seed and you throw

away that advantage in game once so now you're going to have to win at least one game in

Minnesota long way to go of course in this series that is. That is just one game, but still a frustrating

outing for the Lakers, no question. All right, let's get into some of the particulars here.

95 points.

That's not enough.

The Lakers did not score nearly enough.

If you look at the assists, 15 assists on the night.

They average 26 a night on the season.
