Unfictional is a program of documentaries personal stories, radio movies, and sometimes we like to bring you stories from other podcasts that we think you need to know about.

And this week, it's the last chapter from a podcast called Rumble Strip.

The show is hosted by Erica Heilman. It's filled with the voices of artists and

criminals, taxidermist's and soccer moms, lawyers and waitresses.

Erica says she invites herself into people's homes to find out what they know, what they hate,

who they love, what they're afraid of, and what makes them more like you than you realize.

Rumbel Strip is produced in Vermont and Erica says you can learn a lot about a place

from the local police log. So before we hear the main story here's a sampling of recent calls to the Barry City Police

The guy parked every day, all day in his car on the side of the road near Adams Mill, was a private investigator scoping out something private.

A black car described as being similar to a vehicle the FBI might use, pulled onto Church Street, and a man wearing normal clothing and carrying a machete got out and switched seats with a passenger.

That Hartston Road couple was arguing again and someone called police.

The Sergeant's Farm Road resident heard knocking at the door, but no one was there.

Someone was making a racket at Emily's Bridge.

On Main Street, a woman complained her takeout food was not cooked to her liking.
