interviewing today a very special guest. He's a real lefty lawyer. His name is

Ian Samuel. He is a professor at Indiana Law School. He was a

Clemenko fellow and lecturer on law at Harvard Law School and clerked for Justice Scalia.

As an Anton Scalia.

We're going to ask him about that, right?

Yeah, he has a law to answer for.

He was also a Bristol fellow in the office of the Solicitor General and an appellate

litigator in the Justice Department's Civil Division.

He has two cats and nearly as many opinions, which can be found on Twitter at ISAMU L. He's also the host of First Mondays which is a great

podcast on the Supreme Court. So let us now turn, Ian Samuel.
