huge difference. And for most of us, when we fall into a management role versus leading,

we don't do it intentionally. Like we think that we're truly helping when in reality the best way

that we can ever help to develop leaders is to continue to lead from the front and develop

ourself. Your team will grow as a result of your actions versus your words. So if you haven't listened to last week, go back and listen because we are ready to level
