Summary

This week we were inspired by two different creative documentaries to consider what we might learn from two rather unexpected masters of their craft; from developing a persona to where we look for outside validation. We discuss constructing in the process of creating, the benefit outside influences can bring - and when to say no! There are also practical suggestions about the benefit of keeping a scrapbook (or at least a record or your progress) and the pitfalls of only seeing one side of success.

1:09.0	never heard of it, two ladies, and it was on the guardian which for those outside the country is a big newspaper here and I read it online it was on their home webpage big article about them with a big headline and it said this podcast is taking the world by storm or whatever the article that was the gist of the article and it said four years on was it four years on, was it four years on?

1:34.8	And no, it was more than four years.
1:37.2	It was 10 years on and 10 million downloads or something.
1:41.3	Point being the amount of downloads was less than hours.
