on the podcast, and I also have talked about it a lot on my YouTube channel, but I figured it would

be nice to do an episode just reflecting on the last year and the things that I've learned

from going to therapy, like my biggest

takeaways. And honestly, I think that this episode will be, one, really insightful, whether you've

been to therapy or not, just to hear the things that I've learned. But two, my hope is that
