Hello and thank you very much for choosing to listen to this. As you probably know, we built the Scotland Outdoors podcast from the live program we do for BBC Radio Scotland, which is called Out of Doors. And this week, we're a bit off the beaten track. We're just under the 250 just now, so we've been doing really well as a community.

We've been going up in big numbers. Population density must be really quite spectacular.

It is, yeah. It is.

There's probably, yeah, with 250 people in an area of 100,000 acres,

and they're all on one side of the island.

With you lot here, you've increased the population.

Exponentially, we've just stuck it up to the roof.

And the place we managed to overpopulate in one fell swoop is the island of Dura.

Now when we visited Ireland September last year, we took the opportunity to nip across.

It's just a five-minute ferry ride from Port Askeg and Isla to Félin on the south of Dura.

And despite its small population, and it is small,

Dura is a place that's packed with loads of interests from a notable resident
