I want you to know that I am exactly where you are.

And I'm not making this podcast to try to get you to be out of this feeling.

I'm not making it because sometimes we need comfort in this feeling.

Growing up feeling down was such a comfortable spot for me because it allowed me to feel.

From a time when all that I felt was that I needed to block everything out.

That I was so scared to feel anything.

And then when it finally got through because that eventually does, I blocked everything

else out and all I could feel was that thing.

And so as we grow up and we learn from our own habits, from our own experiences, we

learn how to manage feeling down.

And we have a little like a pie chat.

We have a little section for that.

We also have a section for being happy and then we have a section for dealing with everyone

else's shit.

So I get that.

But sometimes when we're first learning how to manage all of that, it can all get to be

a little bit too much.

And so it's okay to feel down.

It's okay to really go all in in that one spot.

If you are feeling that it's a little too scary, then I really recommend reaching out

to somebody.

But if you're just comfortable being here, it's okay.
