Welcome to another episode of Just A Tip. It was the podcast that was equally about

0:51.1

its tangents as it is about its tips. It's still about tangents and tips, but now we are

0:56.5

really, really digging into another episode of my spiritual journey. This time we have

1:03.9

breathwork teacher and author Ashley Neeson. We talk so much about figuring out what we

1:10.5

need in our lives individually and how slowing down and introducing breathwork will help

1:16.8

us get there. I am not going to say anything else because there are so many gems in this

1:20.9

episode that I'm just going to play it. Enjoy. Before we get in, I just wanted to ask

1:29.0

how you were and thank you for coming on. Thank you so much for having me, Megan. I

1:33.6

am doing well. It's been a busy time. We have a three-year-old and there's both my partner

1:39.7

and I work and I just wrapped yesterday, actually, in the manuscript for my second book.

so nice. Of course. Of course. In the little note in it, that's the best. When people write

2:03.8

notes in the books, not a lot of people do that anymore. Yeah, I know. I feel like so

2:09.9

many people, especially like bigger authors who are signing thousands of copies. It's

2:15.1

just like you get like a squiggle, you know? But this was really nice to just be like, oh,

2:18.9

I can write a little note. So I'm so glad that you got it. Yeah. It's coming at also the

2:23.9

perfect time because I'm spending so much time in the desert and I've never felt so connected

2:28.9

to myself and the earth. And I really, really need this right now. And so I'm so happy

2:35.4

that we're speaking. And it's kind of like the planarts are aligning because I've been

2:39.9

going through like health issues because I've been so stressed and so overworked and so
