Without further ado tonight, the unresolved and unknown why being with unresolved situations is so difficult and what we can do about it.

Before jumping into the topic directly,

I'm gonna give a little bit of background. The Buddha taught that all

experiences preceded by mind, mastered and created by mind.

The Buddha did not believe that the reality that we perceive is accurate,

but is actually constructed by the mind.

And today, the latest theories in cognitive neuroscience,

predictive modeling, present to us. in cognitive

modeling, modeling present to us idea that while we believe the reality

we inhabit is an accurate representation

of the world outside of us and that our senses are windows to what's going on around us.
