So tell me, what is your day, what's your day-day life like as a Nuggets beat writer

when we have neither the Nuggets nor the beat?

Yeah, a lot more full-time parenting of a one-year-old has been dropped into my schedule.

You know, my wife is an ICU nurse.

And so, as you can imagine, a lot of hours for her right now, might be able to even hear him in the background.

But so a lot of that.

But outside of that, I think, just really trying to, you know, take time to sink my teeth

into stuff I really want to do with this team and really just kind of being able to look at it,

both from what this season really looked like, what it might look like if they

ever play again, and, you know, start to look forward to some of the big decisions that the

team is going to have in the offseason, both in terms of the draft, free agency, potential

trade market, whatever the case might be. So I think it just kind of expedites the stuff that

you would probably be doing during a normal offseason time, you know, just with the added possibility of real basketball to mix into that.
