This is going to be a long run episode of me and my friend Brendan Leonard, who's also known as Semirad, who I don't know if I've ever told this story or if you've ever heard it, but once way back in the day, I read a book called I hate running

and you can too, which is available on Amazon. I put the link in the show notes. And at the end of it,

it said, further resources, 10 junk miles. And I thought, what are we a resource for? And looked

further into this person, Brendan, and read his book 60 meters to anywhere, which is I recommend.

It's my favorite book that he wrote.

And I was turned on to the whole world of semi-read that I didn't know about.

He's got a book called Bears Don't Care, more funny shit from the woods.

But his most recent book is Ultra Something, which I had the pleasure of being the MC for

Talky did it, the Arterics in Chicago.

And it's a really good, really funny book.

I've actually talked about it on the show a couple times.

He was last on the show in 2019, I want to say before the pandemic, maybe even.

So I said, hey, let's do a catch up and let's just record it.
