buckle up you guys this is going to be a good one uh i am interviewing in the long run

chris cosman the race director of the bad water 135 uh world's toughest uh and i've been

wanting to interview him for a very long time and uh I was really happy to get some time with him.

You know how I am.

I'm not really into what happened yesterday.

I'm more about who is this guy?

Where did he come from?

What is his background?

You know, what brings a guy to be the race director of this race?

And we had a really good chat.

I like him a lot, and I've never had an opportunity to sit down with him like this.

So it was a joy.

Also, you know, I've done his races.

I've done the Cape Fear and the Salt and Sea.

He's one of the best race directors I've ever encountered.

And his races are some of the best races I've ever done.

You know, I even mentioned in the podcast that threw away a whole bunch of my awards the other day.

And some of the few that I kept were the two Badwater Awards because it's just everything's quality about those events.

So I can't rave about them enough.

I'm looking forward to going this year to do the Badwater 135 on a crew for the first time.
